Yes, you???re right.
We believe that the participation of ccTLDs in promoting the .Asia TLD will be advantageous for developing the marketplace overall.? More importantly, and perhaps the point which caused some confusion, is that our intention is for the "participating" ccTLDs to be ICANN accredited registrars before they are qualified to sell ".Asia" domains (which explains the use of the term "Participating ccTLDs" rather than the term "Members").
Due to the rush during the presentation, I apologize if this was not communicated with clarity.
