Bob,
I do not support the motion that only the
Treasurer be in possession of the amounts of dues paid and knowledge of
reductions. I support that the full ex-com be aware of all fees paid.
This is not to say that I do not trust
whoever is Treasurer to be confidential, but I believe in a system of checks
and balances and the full ex-com will supply that

Dear Jeff: My amendment is to be applied to the Main Motion, $750 with
forgiveness to $250. It reads as follows:
Proposed Amendment to Budget Motion:
Moved that only the Treasurer be in possession of the amount of dues paid by
each member of the Registrar Constituency. The amounts dues paid must not be
divulged to any other officer or to any other member or to any agency or
authority outside the Registrar Constituency, GNSO, or ICANN. Total
privacy is to be assured.

There are those who would misuse the information, I think it is a private
matter and should be kept confidential.
I would appreciate your endorsement.
Regards, BobC
