Thanks Eric, and Bruce, for your support. After discussing the requirements and responsibilities of the role with Elana, and taking some time to ensure that I can live up to those commitments, I am honored to accept your nomination. I have worked in the domain name industry for over 5 years. As Bruce mentioned, during that time I have served as a GNSO council representative, a member of the Redemption Grace Period Technical Steering Group, and the chair of the Deletes and Whois #2 task forces (as well as co-chair of the current combined Whois TF #1 and 2). These roles have given me the opportunity to spend time with a large number of people in the industry and to realize that reasonable people in the ICANN community with legitimate differences can work together to make positive changes for the good of the entire community. Similarly, I believe that I can effectively chair the constituency in a manner that is beneficial to all members. I'm fortunate that in transitioning the Director of Policy position at Register.com to me, Elana has brought me in touch with her political contact base; combined with my technical expertise and familiarity with the industry, I believe this will help me serve as an effective Chair when it is necessary to liaise with outside groups. I am including a Conflict of Interest disclosure here because I want to be clear about my involvement with the .pro registry. As many of you know, I worked for the .pro registry until its sale from Register.com to Hostway in February of this year. In my role there, I had access to technical, financial, and operational information about the planned registry. However, the registry was not launched until considerably after the sale, and it is my understanding that the new registry operator incorporated essentially none of technical or operational components that I had access to into their registry platform. I have never been employed by, nor had access to any Registry Sensitive Information or Registry Proprietary Information relating to, the operator of the live .pro registry. More importantly, because the registry had not yet launched I had no access to information about any registrar's business that was not available to the general public. I also note that I am currently employed by Register.com, a member of the constituency. If elected, I intend to clearly separate my work for Register.com from my duties as Chair and would clearly segregate and label my communications and actions to avoid any confusion or appearance of conflict. I welcome any questions on this topic, or any other. Once again, thank you for the nomination, and regardless of the outcome of this election I look forward to working with all of you as an active member of the constituency. Hello Bruce,
I would like to second Jordyn's nomination. He is a knowledgeable person with both registrar and registry experience.
Best, Eric

Hello Bob, I would like to start with thanking Elana for her hard work and valued contribution in her role as chair. I also wish her well in her new job. I believe that Jordyn Buchanan from Register.com will take over as Register.com's representative in the registrars constituency. Jordyn has served on the GNSO Council, and is currently co-chair of the combined WHOIS task force 1 and 2. He is well regarded within the GNSO. If Jordyn is willing and has the time available, I am happy to nominate Jordyn Buchanan for chair. Regards, Bruce Tonkin

Dear Registrars:
I bring sad news, Elana has accepted a position which will take her away from us.
I can only describe her tenure as Stupendous. I have enjoyed working for her. She has been objective and fair, has run well organized meetings.
Sadly, I am calling for nominations for Chair of the RC.
Regards, BobC, Secretary.
