Dear Bob, According to the wrap up message you sent on August 4th, I understood that the budget motion will be published on 11 August for inspection and correction. Sorry if I missed it, but would you mind sending or pointing me to the final proposal so I know what I'm voting on? Specifically I'd like to see if the items that were discussed have been impemented. Also, forgive me for not being over familiar with the voting process but are all ballots handled by open responses to the public mailing list?
