Members, Please note that the nomination period the executive & nomination committee elections has closed. The following nominees have been duly nominated, accepted their ballot and filed a declaration of interests per the requirements of our bylaws. If everything has gone according to plan, four ballots will open up in roughly 15 minutes time and allow registered voting representatives to cast their ballot to confirm each of the duly nominated candidates or to abstain. Note: Each candidate must carry at least 50% of the explicit vote or they will not be confirmed. Abstentions, in this case, count as a vote against the candidate. Uncast ballots will not count towards the majority requirements. All representatives registered with the secretary prior to 22:15 EST today will be permitted to cast a ballot. The ballot will be open for inspection during the casting of the ballots by all registered representatives. Representatives may change their ballot during the voting period. This ballot will close at 22:00 EST on 05/31/2004. Please let me know if you have any questions. -- -rwr "Don't be too timid and squeamish about your actions. All life is an experiment.
