Please see attached letter delivered to ICANN on August 27, 2021. Thank you, Jeff Reberry ---------- Forwarded message --------- From: Jeff Reberry <jeff@turncommerce.com> Date: Fri, Aug 27, 2021 at 7:32 PM Subject: Donuts RSEPs for Binky Moon LLC and Dog Beach LLC must undergo competition review To: <goran.marby@icann.org>, <andee.hill@icann.org>, < russ.weinstein@icann.org>, <theresa.swineheart@icann.org> Cc: Andrew Reberry <andrew@turncommerce.com>, Megan Long < megan@turncommerce.com> Hello Göran, The attached letter identifies a number of crucial concerns related to two RSEP requests from Donuts mentioned in the subject line, and the need to ensure both are sent through the review of a competition authority. Donuts is proposing an additional or “conditional” fee to register recently expired domain names. We believe this is outside of the scope of registry service offerings and has serious anti-competitive concerns. This is only one of a number of concerning issues outlined in the attached letter - and it is important these issues are properly reviewed by competition authority, which will be abundantly clear upon review of the letter. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Please reach out if you have any questions. Jeff Reberry Co-Founder and COO TurnCommerce Inc.
