I note that the next meeting appears to conflict with the GNSO Council meeting and also note that active members of the CCG may not have had time to review all the comments filed to date as shown in your link below. So as an Observer, I would once again question the timeline in that it proposes finalizing the Refined Outline without devoting time to the analysis of the input received from Nominating Organizations (and GNSO SOs and ACs), as well as the ICANN Board and ICANN Org. Those inputs deserve independent discussion before finalizing the Refined Outline.
