Thanks Alice and hi all. I'm just trying to figure out what "collective interest" means in the screening criteria. With respect to "public interest", we have some benchmarks and a checklist issued by the board. What is "collective interest" as used here:

e. In the public and collective interest

Are we trying to get at how many SOs and ACs want to review the topic? Is that what is meant by "collective"? Should that be part of an assertion made in the template by the respective SO or AC? Or is it something else entirely? (This may in fact go to the structure of the scoping group and the need to answer how it operates and reaches decisions - CCWG under CCWG guidelines? Some other guidelines and basis for consensus?)
