I note that the next meeting appears to conflict with the GNSO Council meeting and also note that active members of the CCG may not have had time to review all the comments filed to date as shown in your link below. So as an Observer, I would once again question the timeline in that it proposes finalizing the Refined Outline without devoting time to the analysis of the input received from Nominating Organizations (and GNSO SOs and ACs), as well as the ICANN Board and ICANN Org. Those inputs deserve independent discussion before finalizing the Refined Outline. See, in particular, the Board comments filed today, May 18, at the link provided by Karen and pasted again here: https://icann-community.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/CDOR/pages/1114800138/Requ... Hi Anne,
Please let us know if we can help with any clarifications. FYI, 2 responses have come in so far today, from ccNSO and NCSG, available here:

Thanks Karen - so it appears there is a bit of disconnect here. I know IPC had one brief discussion on a policy call some time ago and intends to provide input.

Hi Anne,
Currently the CCG has not received any input submissions (they were requested by 12 May). They were requested to be sent to the inputonreviews@icann.org email address, and will be publicly visible in the archive [lists.icann.org] <https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/lists.icann.org/hyperkitty/list/inputonre...> as well when received.
Best regards,
Karen

Hi Karen,
Could you please advise how many submissions from SGs and Cs in GNSO have been received?

Hello Karen,
You are right, in the last update to the Council it was decided that each SG or C should send its observations and comments directly to the CCG.
Best regards,
Osvaldo

Hello Anne,
Thank you for your note. If I recall correctly, this was discussed in the Council and it was expected that that SGs would provide input rather than the Council itself. Inviting Osvaldo and Sophie to confirm.
Best regards,
Karen

Hi Karen - with respect to the timing, I don't see how the GNSO as a Nominating Group, can supply input by the deadline specified. The document was issued a day after the last Council meeting and the next Council meeting is May 21. I don't even know if this is on the Council agenda so I have copied Osvaldo and Sophie.
What is the CCG expectation in this regard?
