Dear RPM IRT,

Since we were unable to find a suitable time this week for RPM Meeting #14, we suggest reconvening in the new year to continue our discussion on URS Recommendation 1 and the proposed revisions to the Trademark Claims notice.

Additionally, we would like to establish a recurring schedule for RPM meetings going forward and propose holding them every other week. As such, during the week of 6 January, I will send out a Doodle poll with some proposed dates and times for your input.

Wishing those who celebrate a happy holiday period, and we look forward to reconvening in January.
