Given that we had several requests to move RPM IRT Meeting #11, the new time/date for the call is Tuesday, 22 October at 18:00 UTC. You should receive a calendar invite for the call tomorrow. As a reminder, please review the two documents below in advance of the meeting, which are also published on the wiki page for Meeting #11:

• EXT_IRT.RPM Recommendation URS-1: This document was put together in response to the implementation issue concerning the scope of amendments to a complaint after the complainant receives the contact information re: URS Recommendation 1 and the proposed text in URS Rules Section 3(b)(iii). ICANN had an action item coming out of Meeting #10 to reach out to URS Providers to confirm our understanding of the process, as well as to assemble a summary of the discussion, community positions, ICANN assessment, and proposed next steps.

• EXT_IRT.RPM Implementation: Group 2_Educational Materials - v2_CLEAN: This document has been updated based on more recent IRT feedback and it has been reviewed by the Comms team. The redlined version is available here.
