    2. We have extended the opportunity for feedback based on requests during the call. Please note that we intend to close this item after the 6 December deadline, unless we receive substantial feedback that necessitates further discussion on a call.

    1. Please note that the plan is to revisit this topic during the next IRT meeting. As a reminder, the document that you are being asked to review provides a staff summary of the discussions held during RPM IRT Meetings #10 and #11, along with a summary of the input received from URS providers and the relevant deliberations of the Working Group.  
    2. As noted during call #11, the IRT has not come to agreement and the next step, per the IRT Principles and Guidelines, is to raise the issue with the GNSO Council liaison. In the interest of time, we are working to propose this item for the Council’s 19 December meeting.  After our IRT call next week, Susan as our liaison will take into account any additional considerations from that discussion in bringing the topic to the GNSO Council.

The tracked changes version of the revised Trademark Claims Notice showing the IRT changes agreed previously is available here.
