Dear RSSAC Caucus members,

IETF 124 will take place in Montreal, QC, Canada from 1-7 November 2025. There is travel support for up to four (4) RSSAC Caucus Members to attend IETF 124 including economy class airfare, accommodation, registration, and per diem: https://www.ietf.org/meeting/124/

In 2019, RSSAC approved guidelines for RSSAC Caucus members requesting travel support to attend even-numbered IETF meetings. Please see the RSSAC Caucus IETF Supported Travelers Funding Guidelines attached. Depending on how many requests are received, the RSSAC Administrative Committee may need to make the selection based on the selection criteria outlined in the guidelines.
