Functional Model for Root Server System GovernanceDescription: The Root Server System (RSS) Governance Working Group (GWG) is seeking inputs on their Root Server System Governance Structure document. This document describes the RSS Governance Structure and provides recommendations on how to implement it. It also introduces the governance principles that will ensure consistency in executive and decision-making. Public comment inputs on this document will be considered by the GWG when developing their final report for submission to ICANN Board, Root Server System Advisory Committee (RSSAC), Root Server Operators (RSOs), Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF), and ICANN community.
