If I understand the question on what could be a work item, I would propose a reflexion to make hybrid meetings work efficiently and monitor how to improve it over time. My impression is that all meetings will become hybrid, meaning that a large number of participants will attend remotely. From the IETF experience there are quite a lot of considerations regarding the schedule, time zones,.... and probably much more to consider.

Yours,
Daniel

I think I need more words from you. Are you suggesting offering this as a testbed for hybrid meetings?
