Minutes

Due to the Adobe Connect service disruption, the minutes for the 6 March RSSAC meeting have not been drafted (or approved) yet. Support staff will provide an update as appropriate.

RSSAC Caucus Membership Committee

Six members volunteered for the two vacancies on the Membership Committee. Per RSSAC operational procedures, the RSSAC appoints the members of the Membership Committee. The appointments will be finalized on 3 May.

NomCom Organizational Review

The draft final report from the organizational review of the Nominating Committee was published for public comment on 26 March. The independent examiner will hold a public webinar on 10 April 2018 at 20:00 UTC [local time], presenting its findings and draft recommendations. Please note, the public comment proceeding closes on 7 May.

RSSAC Organizational Review

The independent examiner conducting the organizational review of RSSAC will publish its draft final report on 27 April. The draft final report will include the assessment report (published in late February 2018) and recommendations.

Workshop

The RSSAC will convene in Reston, Virginia, USA for its sixth workshop, 1-3 May. The workshop report will be shared once it is published.

ICANN62

The RSSAC will convene in Panama City, Panama for ICANN62, 25-28 June. Information about open sessions will be shared as it is available.

Next RSSAC Caucus Meeting

The next RSSAC Caucus meeting will take place Sunday, 15 July at IETF102 in Montreal, Canada. More details will be shared as the date approaches.
