ICANN78 Annual General Meeting will take place 21-26 October 2023 at Congress Center Hamburg, Germany. ICANN has published the schedule for this meeting. • The deadline to register for in-person participation is 20 October 2023.
• To prepare for ICANN78, participants are encouraged to attend the virtual Prep Week to be held 9-11 October. ICANN78 Prep Week schedule is available here: https://www.icann.org/en/announcements/details/icann78-prep-week-schedule-now-available-27-09-2023-en
• ICANN78 will feature an RSSAC Caucus meeting and a Security Incident Reporting work party meeting:
  • Sunday, 22 October | RSSAC Work Session (1 of 2) | RSS Security Incident Reporting Work Party Meeting#9 | 15:00-16:00 CEST (13:00 – 14:00 UTC)
  • Tuesday, 24 October | RSSAC Caucus Meeting | 10:30-12:00 CEST (08:30 – 10:00 UTC)
