Thank you, this is an excellent starting point! I propose the Caucus use it as a starting point, and suggest additions in "Suggesting" mode so that we can see what others are adding or changing.
Before we get too far down this line, I do wonder if we should first discuss what the right format for collecting data should be. Do we want a document? Do we want a database? Do we want a latex bibliography file? Do we want a dynamically constructed web page from bib/json files [1]? I counted the number of root DNS related papers published by my associate at ISI and it came out to somewhere near 75 (I didn't analyze the accuracy of the labelling). Given that the proposed list (thank you!) is already fairly large, and we'll likely get an even larger list in the end -- what format do we think is the most scalable and easy to keep up to date?
