Correct. The two week deadline is because input to the Public Comment period closes on January 31 2020. The RSSAC Caucus needs to determine soon if they should develop input to this Public Comment request. If the Caucus determines that a response is warranted, then we need to finish that work before the deadline.

Feedback sent to this list doesn’t have to be well formed and ready for publication. We’re looking for initial comments right now to determine if the RSSAC Caucus needs to kick off a larger work effort. Sorry if I wasn’t clear on that in the first mail.
