At its meeting on 7 August, the RSSAC adopted the recommendation of the RSSAC Caucus Membership Committee to appoint five new RSSAC Caucus members:

2. Jason Castonguay
3. Kazunori Fujiwara
4. Abdulkarim Oloyede
5. Benno Overeinder
