On behalf of the RSSAC Caucus Local Perspective Tool Work party, please find RSSAC0XX: Requirements for Measurements of the Local Perspective on the Root Server System attached for your review. Please provide any comments either to the list or in the Google doc by August 18, 2021.

There were a few comments received on our last work party call on August 2nd. Ken and I believe we have addressed them all. Barring any blocking comments received, the plan is to have this document ready for an RSSAC vote in their September 7th meeting.
