Dear RSSAC and RSSAC Caucus members,

Please note the changes below to all Zoom meetings organized by ICANN:

• All meetings will require password protection. We are no longer able to embed a password in the meeting Zoom link. You can find the passwords in the calendar invitations.
• Waiting room will be enabled in all meetings for participants. The host of the meeting will need to manually move participants over to the meeting room.
• ICANN Expected Standards of Behavior will be enforced during the meetings. The text below including a link to the Expected Standards of Behavior will be shared in the chat:
