Dear RSSAC Caucus Members,

A reminder that we are looking for lightning talks of 5-10 minutes in length for the RSSAC Caucus meeting at IETF 124 in Montreal. We are keeping the window open for accepting submissions until October 10.

Below are some dates to keep in mind if you are considering submitting a presentation.

October 10, Cutoff date for submissions
October 14, RSSAC Admin Committee reviews and decides on acceptance of submissions
October 15, Support staff informs community members if their presentation has been accepted
November 2, IETF 124 in Montreal 

If you are interested in submitting a presentation either in person or online please send submissions to Dan Gluck and myself before October 10th.

The RSSAC Admin Committee is requesting submissions for lightning talk presentations for this meeting. Proposed presentations should be relevant to the work of the RSSAC Caucus or at least root server system adjacent. All DNS related topics are welcome, but we are particularly interested in anything related to the root server system, root server operations, measurement, security, etc.

Presentations can be given in person in Montreal or online. It is not required for participants to register for the IETF meeting, but it is required to have an IETF Datatracker account.

Please send any proposals for presentations to me and Daniel Gluck before September 1st. If you can send slides with the proposal we prefer them either in PDF or google slides format. But even if you just have a proposal with no slides yet send us a mail and we will discuss it with you and the RSSAC Admin Committee.
