Dear RSSAC Caucus members,

The Third Accountability and Transparency Review (ATRT3) Recommendation 3.6 calls for Organizational Reviews to be evolved into a Continuous Improvement Program (CIP). ICANN Supporting Organizations, Advisory Committees, and their constituent stakeholder groups will be appointing one representative to join the CIP Community Coordination Group (CIP – CCG).

The CIP-CCG will be responsible for helping to design and implement a Continuous Improvement Program. In this work, the Community Coordination Group will be responsible for: 

1. Developing a shared understanding of the meaning of Continuous Improvement in the context of ATRT3 Recommendation 3.6, calling for Organizational Reviews to be evolved into a Continuous Improvement Program (CIP),

2. Considering a range of methodologies for effective continuous improvement programs,

3. Agreeing on the methodology that is fit for ICANN purpose, and 

4. Formulating a CIP Framework, to be used by each SO, AC and NomCom.

Representatives who have familiarity with Organizational Reviews and/or with knowledge of continuous improvement work outside of ICANN are sought.
