Robert, Ken and I just met to discuss the RSS Security Incident Reporting Work Party document. Below is a summary of changes.

-Examples from Sections 4.1 - 4.4 have been moved to Appendix B. Comments, including attribution, on the examples have been transferred as well. -Significant text has been deleted from Sections 4.5 and 5.1. The three severities have been removed and replaced with Reportable and Non-reportable.
