Dear RSSAC Caucus Members, The RSSAC has published RSSAC000v9: RSSAC Operational Procedures. The big change from RSSAC000v8 is with regards to the outgoing liaisons to the CSC and the RZERC. In RSSAC000v8 these liaisons were elected from members of the RSSAC.
