Guiding Principles document -- Principle #10: Autonomy and Independence
One way to approach the text for principle #10 is to just briefly summarize RSSAC042 (3 sentences or less) and then reference that document. In theory, the discussion and ideas around autonomy and independence were already laid out in that document. Is there anything to add in the Principles document beyond RSSAC042? I am trying to recall, though, if that document was prepared as an RSSAC-only document or was it prepared with input from the RSSAC Caucus? -Ken

A simple pointer to RSSAC042 could indeed be the most helpful thing to the reader of this document. RSSAC042 goes into detail on many aspects of the independence question.

It was RSSAC-only. --Paul Hoffman
