I indicated at the time when asked for my vote:

"I personally i'm unsure. Therefore, I will consult with the IAB Therefore, I am not voting at this point in time, thank you.”

I have sinc e discussed this with the relevant folk in the IAB and I now wish to have my vote IN FAVOR of this proposal recorded.
