And while I do not have specific comments or feedback on these questions, I would re-iterate my comments from London:  ICANN Staff and ICANN Compliance may have insights on the performance of existing policies, but I don't think it is appropriate for ICANN (or indeed, RT4) to take a position on what policy *should be*.
