The only possibility to change the session was to schedule it at 12.40 – 13.00. I hope this is more suitable. The only risk is that the prior session might overrun!

I have pleasure in sending a formal request on behalf of the WHOIS Review Team, as Chair and ccNSO representative, for some time on the ccNSO meeting agenda.  I understand that your agenda planning process is already far advanced, but would be most grateful if you could find us a few minutes.
 
As you may know, the WHOIS Policy Review Team mandated by the Affirmation of Commitments began its enterprise in October 2010. The scope of work and roadmap of the WHOIS RT as well as its activities may be found on the community wiki at https://community.icann.org/display/whoisreview/WHOIS+Policy+Review+Team.
The Team partially composed of SO/AC representatives will hold a second public face-to-face meeting in San Francisco on Sunday, 13 March and invite the ICANN community to interact with them on Wednesday, 16 March starting at 11:00 AM ending at noon.
In addition to this schedule, the RT Members unanimously expressed the wish to meet with ICANN's respective SO/ACs not only to discuss the task they have entrusted with but also to collect input from constituents. As your feedback and comments are essential in this exercise, it would be a great honor if the WHOIS Policy Review Team could please join your session in San Francisco to exchange views. Please advise whether you would be willing to dedicate an agenda item to the WHOIS Policy RT.
