Thank you for sharing your blog and for your openness in communicating.
I like your thinking about use cases for WHOIS data.  I personally believe that all of us who use
the Internet occasionally encounter circumstances where we need to communicate with someone who controls or
operates a web domain name.   You have prompted me to start a list of such uses from my experience.
I believe this will be a useful task.
