As a separate reference, attached is a copy of the final version of questions used

in the Consumer Trust - WHOIS survey.

As mentioned in our last conference call, please note that as the survey was translated into

different languages for the various countries, the examples and phrases specific to English or the U.S. were modified to

be appropriate for the language and culture.
