Hi<br><br>I don&#39;t know what happened with that last message.  I pressed random button, and it just sent itself!<br><br>Anyway.  I&#39;m conscious that our next call is happening in the middle of the night for our US colleagues.  However, it&#39;s a good time for us Europeans!  Please can I encourage any of our section authors who might not be able to join our call to forward their chapters so that we can start to review them.<br>
