<br>Community input is solicited early in our 5 month-long budget process to help prioritize ICANN&#39;s work and expenditures in the coming fiscal year (which starts 1 July).  You&#39;ll note Whois-related priorities in the initial draft, and once the Team&#39;s report has been finalized and acted upon by the Board any resulting implementation will be captured in future drafts/budgets. <div>

<br></div><div>In parallel, the Board is expected to act on ICANN&#39;s proposed 2012-2015 Strategic Plan in the next few weeks (<a href="http://www.icann.org/en/planning/">http://www.icann.org/en/planning/</a>).</div><div>

<br></div><div>Speaking of the Board... we should have a proposed time slot for both the Team&#39;s conference call with Board members and a meeting with the Board in Costa Rica shortly.  Diane and Alice are working out details. (It is a particularly busy time for the Board so please bear with  us.) </div>
