I always stand for shorter ‘main body’ and informative appendices. Support Lynn:  however, at least some words on WHOIS system should be in the main text.

After reading through the Draft Report, it seems to me that the section

on "DNS and WHOIS- How it Works"  should be an Appendix rather than in the main body of the report.

While it is useful to have as reference for the reader, it somewhat disrupts the thought flow of the

assessment and paper.
