Another one of my assignments was to locate/inventory all existing WHOIS obligations.  Working with our Legal team, I presented a candidate list of documents / agreements, etc.  They confirm that this is an exhaustive list, although not all areas may fall within the remit of RT4.

(* Outside of RT4's remit.)

We should confirm this list coincides with gTLD Registries, and with ccNSO / ASO equivalents.  I would then be open to including in our solicitation for Public Comment.
