Some of you have been keeping Kathy and me updated on your preparatory work for London.  This is really helpful, and will get us off to a good start when we meet face to face.

I've asked Alice to add the outputs from the volunteer groups into the meeting packs that she will be preparing for London, so please can you all circulate your thoughts before the end of the weekend, to give time for the packs to be put together.

Likewise, if any of you have comments on the proposed action plan and outreach plans that I circulated yesterday, please send them to the list as soon as possible.
