Attached please find the sections I promised to draft on Scope of Work and Methodology. In preparing them, I used our Proposed Report Outline -- which provided important ideas for the chapter, as well as context for the chapters surrounding it.
In an interesting situation, my chapter follows the Introduction (with the Whois background section between) and I found myself spending considerable time trying to write around what might (or might not) be in the Introduction. Since we have not yet drafted an introduction, I took the liberty of drafting some information that might be placed into it (or alternatively, moved back into Chapter 3 as a subsection of the writing attached).
Finally, I combined proposed chapters 3 and 4 because Scope of Work and Methodology seemed to flow as a single unit. Please let me know what you think.
