Many thanks for your work on this suggested questionnaire.  I feel that these are all relevant and appropriate questions to include in a survey related to the goal of promoting consumer trust in the context of WHOIS data.

My individual view is that I am quite happy to have this included in the material for public comment. But I do not speak for the entire sub-group and hope that they will share my perspective or propose revisions/edits to
what you have put forward.
