ICANN Constituency travel needs us to hand in a list of RT Members attending the Singapore meeting (19-24 June 2011) as soon as possible so that they may book tickets and accommodation in a timely fashion. 

With a view to completing this task, we would be very grateful if you could please provide us with your details as soon as you can.

Note that the face-to-face meeting is scheduled for Sunday, 19 June and that dates for the interactions with SO/ACs, constituencies and the ICANN community are to be determined.
