Telephone conference schedule
Hi all At our London meeting, we agreed an action plan that included a call every two weeks. Because of the geographical spread of Team members, we also agreed to rotate the timing of the calls. Alice has kindly pulled together a schedule, using Bill's work on time zones. I propose that we adopt this schedule. My proposal is that individuals for whom a call falls between 22:00 - 06:00 local time should not be expected to participate in that call. Each call will be recorded, the transcript will be available, and we plan to have regular face to face meetings. If I don't hear any objections, this will be the basis that we adopt the schedule. Kind regards Emily 76 Temple Road, Oxford OX4 2EZ UK telephone: 01865 582 811 mobile: 07540 049 322 emily.taylor@etlaw.co.uk www.etlaw.co.uk
Emily and Alice, Thx for this. Couple of questions: 1 how long should we allow for each call, now they are more frequent? 2. I note that 22.6 is listed, and my diary shows that as a FTF is Amman- is this no longer the case? 3. 14.9 shown as FTF, I have it the following week. I presume that means that it is close to our FTF? Thx Sharon Sent from my iPad On 27 Jan 2011, at 08:00, Emily Taylor <emily.taylor@etlaw.co.uk> wrote:

Hi Sharon Good questions, thanks. I propose that we schedule 90 minutes for the calls (to create the necessary diary time), but aim to complete the calls within one hour, unless the agenda demands more time. I think what Alice has done is scheduled a call every two weeks, and the exact dates of the F2F meetings will be slightly different. For example, I believe we agreed to meet all day Sunday in San Francisco, and I suggest that we go for the same date in other ICANN meetings. Alice - please would you confirm, and send through the dates of the Sunday at ICANN meetings this year, and the result of the doodle poll re: our London meeting when that is decided. Tx Bill, I greatly appreciate the update, and it is good to see the dates written out. Question (and forgive me if was already asked), but I thought Bill worked out a set of possible times for the calls that meant that no one was up at a truly odd hour. Is this no longer feasible? Hi All: I have a quick question with respect to the San Francisco meeting. What date should we arrive and depart? The ICANN meeting if from the 13-18... What time will be our first meeting on the 13 and what time will be our last meeting on the 18? I just need to know whether I have to arrive a day before and leave a day after. Thanks. Kim, Sorry, but we won't have these final details until meet on 2/2 (Emily, Kathy, Olof, Alice) to finalize requests for rooms. Even then, we won't know for a little bit whether our public session will be on Mon or Wed. Dear All: I looked at the schedule and put them all in my calendar and I note that 5 of the calls are going to be in my 22:00 - 06:00 timeframe. I will still try to participate in some of them, but can't promise that I will be able to attend all of them. Further, I will have to excuse my self early on our Feb 2 call. I have a meeting starting at noon that day. Finally, I am wondering whether it would make sense for us to have a final face to face meeting mid to end of November to iron out all of the wrinkles and outstanding issues at that time so that we can all sign off on the final report face to face.
