Hello all, Thanks for all the hard work organising our schedule, which looks very comprehensive. One thing I wanted to flag was the as yet unconfirmed meeting with the GAC on Thursday. I'm currently scheduled to be flying home Thursday morning, as GAC substantive business is usually finished on the Wednesday afternoon once the communiqué is drafted. So I won't be able to attend that, and it is possible that some other GAC members may be in a similar position. I don't know how locked in this meeting is, but is it possible to try to change it? Options could include a session on the Monday, the Tuesday morning (before 11), or at 11 on Wednesday? Unfortunately, I don't have a finalised GAC schedule to cross reference to, but if a change is possible it would be much appreciated. Also, as noted before, I'll likely have to miss the interaction with the community and the internal debriefing session on the Wednesday, as that is traditionally when the GAC communiqué is drafted. Cheers, Peter From: rt4-whois-bounces@icann.org [mailto:rt4-whois-bounces@icann.org] On Behalf Of Alice Jansen Sent: Tuesday, 31 May 2011 7:24 PM To: rt4-whois@icann.org Cc: SHEAN, Belinda Subject: [Rt4-whois] Singapore Schedule Dear Review Team Members, Please note that the full Singapore schedule is now available on the ICANN website at: http://singapore41.icann.org/full-schedule As you know, your WHOIS RT schedule is posted on your public wiki at: https://community.icann.org/display/whoisreview/Singapore+Meeting Please find it enclosed for your convenience. Hello Peter, Regarding the meeting with the GAC, the planned time slot is firm, albeit not formally confirmed. I would not recommend trying to change it at this late stage, but it is certainly a matter that can be addressed at our call later today.
