I was not able to attend the previous call due to the meeting tool limitation. I would like to bring to the SG's attention a few scope related issues- as it stands two letters alphabet-based  ASCII labels are reserved for ccTLD, will this also be remain the case in IDN? 

Is the study group also scoped to address issues related to the use of geo or territory names for U-Label-based  TLDs?
