Thanks for your opinion. I think we can welcome Harsha to the group, but it is going to beup to him to bring himself up to speed and accept what has being discussed thus far.
I’ll let others chime in until end of today, Friday. So far, it seems that Harsha would be a good addition to the group.

He is good knowledgeable guy and brings perspective. However as a RZ-LGR-SG Chair and considering the current status of the work completed , you have to take a call to bring new members equal to the status we are in so that they can participate well. That’s always a challenge.
If its not an issue, we shall add.
