Dear All,

We are ready to convene the Expert Group to Study the Application of Root Zone Label Generation Rules (RZ-LGR-SG). 

I have put up a Doodle poll at https://doodle.com/poll/eahtrtntznqw3sn3 to set up a time for our meetings.  As suggested in the call for this study group, we will be meeting weekly, as we have an aggressive timeline to finalize the recommendations by ICANN 63, to submit to the ICANN Board.

We have set up a wiki page at https://community.icann.org/display/croscomlgrprocedure/Application+of+RZ-LGR, which lists all the members and an initial set of items to address. 

Please respond to the doodle poll this week.  Please try to fill in as many options as are feasible for you – so that we can find at least one time slot which is ok for everybody on this list. 

Once we have the time and day set up, we will email further details on how to join the call online.
