I think that the UTC time prevails; for those in the US the meeting now starts at 9:00 am.

I will be traveling coming monday 11/05 and hence won't be able to join call.

 

Also just a heads up. We have daylight switch on 11/04. The corresponding meeting time on our calendar shows one hour difference in the original meeting time.
