As per the LGR Procedure, the relevant script community can initiate a change in RZ-LGR.  The LGR procedure suggests that a GP can become active and request an update to the MSR (if needed) and update its RZ-LGR proposal in case of such changes.  ICANN org and IP will react to such requests.

This is just to pick up from Edmon's comment. What about suggesting the need to have "RZ_LGR observatory"? The RZ_LGR is a dynamic repository that needs updating when changes to a any of the parameters occur- like when new code points are added, language status changes (when a given script RZ_LGR is published languages with EIGIDS score of 5 or less are considered, when a language EGIDS score changes it might trigger RZ_LGR update)  or when new version of MSR document is released,etc. The observatory should monitor at least the parameters described.

This should make sense and help to alleviate the concerns raised by others in the public comments.
