Thank you Dennis for finalizing the draft for the PC and for volunteering to manage this work as the chair of the group; and let me echo Dennis in thanking all the members of the study group for the hard work put in over multiple months.
We will now take this for public comment, and regroup in early July to address the comments received and finalize the work.
