The schedule will be posted at schedule.icann.org next week on 5 June 2017. Please review your scheduled sessions and notify me asap with any outstanding conflicts or other concerns.

 

2.    Cross-Community Topic Session Planning

A revised outline of the six cross-community session topics now includes the session descriptions submitted for posting with each session. Community session leaders and staff facilitators have also been identified for each topic. If youd like to participate in the planning for any of the session listed, please reach out to one of the staff facilitators for assistance.

 

Again, if theres anything we can do to support you in your session planning, please dont hesitate to contact me or any of the staff facilitators listed under each topicWe want to make sure that you have all the resources you need to meet the goals and objectives for these important discussions and were at your disposal to ensure that happens.

 

A separate update on outreach activities will also be shared with the group later today.
