I have been much impressed with the level of activity since Washington (and also much impressed that I am not having to be up at 1am for plenary calls)!  

 

Please find attached my draft report for the SO/AC Chairs and the Board (you may recall that I promised to circulate to the team before submitting it).  Obviously, I can't enter into a long drafting exchange with the whole team – but if there are major errors or omissions, I would like to know.  

 

I am going on leave at end of the week, so I have to get this sent no later than Thursday morning UTC.
